补充资料:鞭枝藻属
      蓝藻门的 1属。藻体由单列细胞所组成的丝体,具倒"V"形分枝,绝大多数在一侧发生,为真分枝或伪分枝,藻丝外的鞘薄而坚固,或胶化而粘滑。细胞一般为腰鼓形或圆柱形;异形胞间生,球形或椭圆形。段殖体和孢子未发现。在胶鞘中往往有碳酸钙的沉淀。
  
  本属仅 1种,即层理鞭枝藻,是普生性的温泉蓝藻。生长在世界各地的30~70℃温泉中,在冷水中绝少。
