Lateral phase separation and budding of giant vesicles prepared by electroformation with a model mixture, 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC)/1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho- choline (DPPC)/Cholesterol (Chol), were observed directly by fluorescence microscopy.

结果表明 ,山楂长小蠹菌囊区域位于雌成虫前胸背板上 ,菌囊区域长约0 2 5mm ,前缘宽约 0 2 7mm ,后缘宽约 0 0 9mm ;共有 5 0个菌囊 ,每个菌囊近似椭圆形 ,大小约 15 μm× 11μm～ 2 4μm× 19μm ;在菌蠹中有菌丝体 ;雄成虫无论是在前胸背板上还是在虫体其它部位都无菌囊的存在。

主料： 巨菌3只
配料： 蒜蓉3汤匙、意大利番芜茜（切碎）2汤匙、百里香（切碎）1汤匙、麦包糠1/2杯、牛油30克
做法： 1、牛油用小碗盛载，放进微波炉里，以中火力煮 至牛油溶。
2、巨菌洗净后去蒂，并用毛巾吸去水分。
3、牛油与蒜蓉、意大利番芜、百里香及面包糠捞匀，并平铺于巨菌内。
4、巨菌放进炉内，以180度火力10分钟即成。
