主料： 巨菌3只
配料： 蒜蓉3汤匙、意大利番芜茜（切碎）2汤匙、百里香（切碎）1汤匙、麦包糠1/2杯、牛油30克
做法： 1、牛油用小碗盛载，放进微波炉里，以中火力煮 至牛油溶。
2、巨菌洗净后去蒂，并用毛巾吸去水分。
3、牛油与蒜蓉、意大利番芜、百里香及面包糠捞匀，并平铺于巨菌内。
4、巨菌放进炉内，以180度火力10分钟即成。
