The effective duration of five fungicides protecting pear against the infection of Venturia nashicola was investigated via conidial inoculation at different time after application of the fungicides.
结果表明 :猛杀生和波尔多液两种保护剂的持效期较长 ,施药后 10d ,保护作用效果仍在 5 0 %以上 ;福星和万兴两种内吸治疗剂的持效期较短 ,仅维持 4～ 7d ;三唑酮对梨黑星病菌的保护作用效果较差 ,不宜用于梨黑星病的防治。

Conidia of Venturia nashicola, the causal agent of pear scab, were inoculated on 5～10 days old detached leaves of three cvs.
离体叶片接种试验结果表明:梨黑星病菌分生孢子在鸭梨、雪梨、巴梨3个抗病性不同品种的离体叶片上都能完成侵入过程,并在角质层与表皮细胞间形成营养菌丝,在抗病品种的叶片上,营养菌丝的生长和扩展明显受到抑制。
