原料:梨两个(约200克),葡萄酒10克,白糖50克,桔皮少许。

做法:1. 将梨去皮,留柄,放入焖罐中,加入白糖、桔皮和适量的水。

2. 将焖罐放在火上,煮一小时左右,熟后将梨捞出扔掉。

3. 将葡萄酒对入煮梨的汤汁中。凉透即可饮用。

特点:味甜醇香,清肺止咳,化痰解热。
