补充资料：梅子蒸猪排
原料：猪排骨500克（切小块）葱两根（切断），梅子十粒，盐、味精、白糖、番茄酱、香油、料酒、淀粉，清水各适量。
制法：1、将切好的猪排骨与上述调味料拌匀，淹30分钟。2、将淹好的材料一同放在蒸盆中，大约蒸50分钟左右后取出。3、葱段排于肉面上，淋上香油即成。
特点：酸甜可口，稣烂香醇，脱骨滑爽。高钙、高蛋白、特别适合老少孕弱者食用。
