结果 :低氧可使苯肾上腺素 (PE)预收缩的肺动脉环出现明显的收缩反应 ,肺动脉cGMP含量下降 ;用ZnPPIX孵育后 ,低氧后的肺动脉cGMP含量增加 ,低氧性肺血管收缩反应 (HPV)受抑 ;外源性CO可明显增加肺动脉cGMP含量 ,HPV明显受抑。
