苍龙摆尾 ①小儿推拿方法名。在小儿前臂由侧正中部，用手掌侧由腕至肘来回搓摩，然后一手握住肘部，一手握住手指进行摇动。《小儿推拿广意》上卷：“医右手一把拿小儿左食、中、名三指，掌向上，医左手侧尝从总经起，搓磨天河及至（月斗）肘，略重些，自（月斗）肘又搓摩至总经。如此一上一下三四次。医又将左大、食、中担（月斗）肘，医右手前拿摇动九次。此法能退热开胸。” ②针刺手法别称。即青龙摆尾。参见该条。
