补充资料:阿胶鹿茸炖水鱼
用料
水鱼肉300克,阿胶15克,鹿茸5克,淮山10克,桂圆肉5克。
做法
(1)水鱼切成大块,飞水去其血污。
(2)淮山浸透洗净,桂圆肉洗净。
(3)将所用材料置于炖盅,加入1碗半沸水,炖盅加盖,隔水炖之。
(4)待锅内水开后,先用中火炖l小时,然后再用小火炖2小时即可。
(5)将药渣捞出,放进少许熟油、食盐和味精,咸淡随意。
功效
润血通脉,驻容养颜。
适应症
心弱血虚,面色苍白。
注释
阿胶含胶原、多种氨基酸和多种微量元素,能润脉养血,滋阴补液;鹿茸含鹿茸精、胶质、雌酮及多种元素,能强精益 血,温补肾阳;淮山含精氨酸、淀粉酶、皂甙胆碱和多酚氧化酶,能补益腑脏,强肾生精;桂圆肉含酒石酸、腺膘吟胆碱及多种维生素,能补血安神,滋润五脏。
注意和禁忌
忌与兔肉、鸭肉、鸡蛋、苋菜同食;泄泻者忌用;脾胃虚弱、消化不良者不宜服用。
