A bacterium was selected and reared from different area, which can produce xylan enzyme, β glucose enzyme and cellulose enzyme, and in order to let this bacterium produce multi enzyme preparation which can decompose non starch anti nutrition substance existing in maize straw and these decomposed substance can be used by mono stomach domestic fowls and livestock.

This paper recounted the mechanism that non-starch polysaccharides enzyme preparations remove the anti-nutritive role of non-starch polysaccharides,the effect on the growth and nutrient digestibility,the study on the quantitate relation on the effective substrate,and questions and future investigation.
