The exogenous transgenic BAR, BARNASE and BARSTAR genes from genetically modified (GM) phosphinothricin-tolerant rapeseed were detected by PCR, and the respective PCR products were cloned and identified by sequence analysis, so a PCR detection method of phosphinothricin-tolerant genes from genetically modified rapeseed was established.

By using transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM),we studied ultrastructural changes in photosynthesis organ-leaves of glyphosate-resistant soybean and soybean Dongnong42,in response to glyphosate.
利用透射电镜和扫描电镜,研究转基因抗草甘膦大豆和非抗草甘膦大豆东农42喷施草甘膦后大豆光合器官叶片的超微结构变化,并结合叶绿素含量、光合速率的测定,对比分析了抗草甘膦大豆和东农42在结构及生理功能上对草甘膦的表现及结构与功能变化的关系。

Different dosage of Roundup41% aqua and Glyphosate10% aqua were sprayed during flowering and podding periods,and chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate of glyphosate-resistant soybean(RR2) were monitored.
本试验采用随机区组的设计方法,在花荚期喷施不同浓度的农达和草甘膦10%水剂,研究了两种不同水剂、不同浓度的草甘膦对抗草甘膦大豆RR2光合作用和蒸腾作用的影响。
