原料:1杯面粉、一杯玉米面、1杯牛奶、 1个鸡蛋、玉米香肠1根、 1茶匙黄油

辅料:2勺糖、 1勺泡打粉、半勺小苏打

制作过程:

1、玉米香肠切成大小适当的块;

2、黄油放入微波炉中融化后加入牛奶搅拌至凉后倒入蛋液;

3、面粉、玉米面混合过筛后倒入蛋奶油的混合液,加入香肠及辅料,充分搅拌均匀;

4、装入纸杯,注意因为受热蛋糕会魔术般的膨胀,所以一定要加到纸杯的3/4处即可;

5、装入微波炉,中火3分钟,转大火3分钟,即可出炉!
