奶皮由牛奶制成。制作时把新鲜牛奶倒入盆里,过2一3天后,在牛奶上面便结成一层很厚的奶皮。然后把奶皮取出,奶皮上撒上一层白糖,上面再叠上一层奶皮,最后切成小块,吃到口里,美味无穷。奶酪是把牛奶中提取奶皮后存下的奶汁倒入木桶里搁存半个月,使之变为酸奶,然后掺入鲜奶煮,用纱布过滤后便制成了奶酪。这也是牧民爱吃的富有营养的另一种奶制品。
