| 丸剂 将药物细粉或药物提取物加适宜的粘合剂或辅料制成的球形制剂。由于丸剂服后在胃肠道崩解缓慢，逐渐释放药物，因而具有药效持久，使毒、剧、刺激性药物延缓吸收，减弱毒性和不良反应，以及服用、携带方便等特点。但也存在服用剂量大、小儿服用困难等缺点。 丸药根据粘合剂，可分为蜜丸、水丸、糊丸、蜡丸、浓缩丸等类型。蜜丸是用蜂蜜作粘合剂，有大蜜丸、小蜜丸、水蜜丸3种。适用于慢性疾病或调理气血的滋补药。水丸是用凉开水，或酒、醋、蜜水、药汁作粘合剂，适用于清热、解表、消导等药物。糊丸是用淀粉糊，米糊作粘合剂，适用于含有一定毒性、刺激性的药物。蜡丸是用蜜蜡作粘合剂，适用于含剧毒或刺激性较强的药物。浓缩丸是将部分或全部药物煎液或提取液浓缩成浸膏，再用适宜的辅料或药物细粉制成的丸剂，具有体积小，服用方便，易溶散吸收的特点。 |
