(1)斑节虾 300g
(2)姜片 2片
青葱 1根
水 200㏄
鲜美露 2大匙
葱末 1小匙
蒜末 1小匙
红辣椒末 1大匙
[制作流程]
(1)斑节虾洗净去鬚、去肠泥备用。青葱切段备用。
(2)将材料2放入锅中煮滚约2分钟，放入虾子用大火煮约3~4分钟后捞起盛盘。
(3)将调味拌匀为沾料，食用斑节虾时剥去外壳沾调味料食用即可。
