采用静水生物法、充气和恒温法研究Hg2+对克氏原螯虾(Porcambarus clarkia Girard)、麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)、中华鳑鲏鱼(Rhodens sinensis)3种水生动物的急性毒性作用,结果表明:Hg2+对中华鳑鲏鱼毒性相对较强,对克氏原螯虾毒性相对较弱;24h对中华鳑鲏鱼、麦穗鱼、克氏原螯虾的半致死浓度分别为0。
