冬瓜400克,鸭肉100克,太子参30克,金银花10克,盐、味精、姜葱等调料适量。将鸭肉切片,用沸水烫后捞出,冬瓜去皮洗净切成薄片。太子参、金银花放入锅中加水煎煮,然后将金银花拣出,药汁及太子参留用。将鸭肉、冬瓜、姜放入药汁中煮熟,放入食盐、味精和葱花调味,即可食用。鸭肉既能补益气血,又能清热。太子参能补气且药性平和,不热不燥。冬瓜清热利尿,帮助热邪从尿中排出,加上少量清热解毒的金银花,是消暑的鲜汤良药。
