冬瓜400克，鸭肉100克，太子参30克，金银花10克，盐、味精、姜葱等调料适量。将鸭肉切片，用沸水烫后捞出，冬瓜去皮洗净切成薄片。太子参、金银花放入锅中加水煎煮，然后将金银花拣出，药汁及太子参留用。将鸭肉、冬瓜、姜放入药汁中煮熟，放入食盐、味精和葱花调味，即可食用。鸭肉既能补益气血，又能清热。太子参能补气且药性平和，不热不燥。冬瓜清热利尿，帮助热邪从尿中排出，加上少量清热解毒的金银花，是消暑的鲜汤良药。
