原料:芦笋、彩椒、葱、盐、牛肉粉。
做法:
1)将芦笋洗净,去掉硬根,斜切成厚片。红黄绿彩椒切成三角形。
2)起锅倒油,待油6成热,放入葱爆香。
3)倒入芦笋煸炒2分钟,随后再将彩椒放入继续翻炒1分钟,加盐,加牛肉粉即可。
好了,非常非常简单吧。
