做法
1、粳米洗净,同去头的黄鳝、花生仁、红枣一齐投入砂锅,加入适量清水,用文火煲至黄膳脱骨为止。2、食用前先将黄鳝脱去骨针,只留下鳝肉,调入盐,滴入麻油。
特点
鲜香润滑。
药用价值
黄鳝、红枣味甘,性温;粳米、花生仁味甘,性平。本品有润肺和胃、除虚补劳、益气补中、安神去倦、调血祛弱、壮健筋骨等作用,对体弱小儿甚为有效。
