1.干红豆用水泡净，鸡肾洗净切花，姜切片，红枣泡透。
2.瓦煲注入清水，加入姜、红豆、鸡腿、红枣，用中火煲40分钟。
3.再加入盐、味精、白糖、调好口味，再煲5分钟即成。
