| 产地及产期: 分布于印度洋和太平洋西部。我国南海、东海、黄海均产,而以南海产量较丰,盛产于南海北部湾。 | |
| 介绍: 体长圆形、侧扁、一般体长20~30厘米,体重200~500克.背鳍一个、连续,有9~11棘、21~23软条、背部弓形隆起,背部狭窄。腹部较钝圆、侧线完全,与背缘平行、口端位。下颌略长于上颌,下颌腹面有三对小孔,中央一对无中央沟。尾鳍不分叉、浅月形。全体被小栉鳞。侧线下方鳞较大于上侧。腮盖上及后头部皆被鳞。背结鳍棘部有鳞鞘;各鳍鳍条基部被有细鳞、体上部蓝灰色,腹部黄白色,周身布满不规则的土黄色圆点,状似散落的胡椒,故得名。背鳍、腹鳍、臀鳍、尾鳍边缘黑灰色。 |
