【合作经济特征】合作经济区别于其他经济形式的特质性。根据国际合作联盟修订提出的“合作原则”，合作经济具有以下几个基本特征:(l)合作成员实行产权所有基础上的资本联合。这是合作经济的产权关系结构。合作经济始终承认合作成员对人股资本的个人财产所有权孟(2)合作经济由合作成员实行民主管理。合作经济组织的重大决策，由合作成员参与决策，每位合作者拥有同样的投票权。(3)合作经济组织主要面向合作成员提供业务服务。同时在基本满足合作成员需求的前提下，根据合作经济组织整体利益的需要，向社会的非合作成员提供业务服务。上述三条，从自筹资本、自主管理、自我服务三个侧面，完整地体现了劳动群众始终是合作经济的直接主体。
