对壳斗科的大叶青冈、小叶青冈、榄叶石栎的种子采集、处理,种子千粒重,优良度及育苗方法进行了观测试验,对其苗木物候、根系生长及苗高生长规律进行了初步研究。

壳斗科。常绿乔木,高达20米。叶互生,卵状披针形,长圆状披针形,顶端渐尖,叶基楔形,叶上半部有浅锯齿,叶柄细,长1-2.5厘米。壳斗碗形,苞片合成6-9条同心环;坚果卵球形,长1.2-1.8厘米,顶端微毛。木材富弹性,不易开裂,优良木材。
