An 8-week experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of lysine and methionine in different forms and combination(coated lysine CL,uncoated lysine UCL,protein-bound lysine PBL,coated methionine CM,uncoated methionine UCM,methionine hydroxy analog-Ca MHA-Ca) on the growth,body composition,and muscle amino acid content of Oreochromis niloticus.
结果提示,包膜赖氨酸及包膜蛋氨酸在适宜的补充方式下,对罗非鱼的促生长效果要优于其它形式的赖氨酸及蛋氨酸,可有效平衡罗非鱼饲料配方的赖氨酸及蛋氨酸水平的不足。

芙蓉蛋包
材料：老豆腐、豆角、鸡心、豆角、草菇、鸡蛋。
做法:鸡蛋先煎成蛋皮放在碗内。起锅先把老豆腐炸至金黄。再把豆角也放下锅炒，接着就把其余的材料放下锅炒熟。用蚝油加上调味料（生粉、盐、糖、鸡精）埋芡。倒进蛋皮里面，再反在碟里。
