Considerable genotypic variations in response to B deficiency exist among rapeseed varieties, so our research group has been screening high boron efficiency germplasm rapeseed resources since 1991 and also conducted study on physiological mechanism of rapeseed in response to boron deficiency, and mapping the boron efficiency genes.
不同甘蓝型油菜品种的硼效率性状存在显著差异,1991年起本课题组开始开展甘蓝型油菜硼高效种质的筛选并对不同基因型甘蓝型油菜对缺硼反应的生理机制进行了一系列的研究,并开展硼高效基因的初步定位,发现硼高效基因型受一对主效基因和3对微效基因共同控制。
