The samples were then analyzed by immunocapture reverse transcription PCR (IC RT PCR) with primers specific for SCMV, Maize dwarf mosaic virus (MDMV), Sorghum mosaic virus (SrMV), and Johnsongrass mosaic virus (JGMV), respectively.

In this study,based on the previously reported viral coat protein(CP)gene sequences,specific primers for ORSV and CyMV were designed,and four methods,including ELISA,RT-PCR,nested RT-PCR and IC-RT-PCR were performed for molecular detection of the two viruses.
