阴茎恶性血管内皮细胞瘤
病名。阴茎恶性肿瘤之一。亦称阴茎血管肉瘤。罕见。肿瘤呈浸润性生长,细胞分化程度不一。分化较差区血管腔为明显异形的立方形内皮细胞排列,束条状,细胞间界限不清,常聚集呈合胞现象。可发生于任何年龄,老年人多见。病变位于阴 茎体、包皮、阴茎头。临床差异大,可为带蒂血管瘤样细胞,亦可呈大而弥漫 之浸润性损害。可因血管破裂而突然增大。早期发生腹股沟淋巴结及肺转移。宜手术切除。预后不良。
