A pair of DNA primers were designed and synthesized based on the nucleotide sequence of potato leafroll virus(PLRV).

1.奶油起司用打蛋器拌软，加入马铃薯泥拌匀，再加入砂糖及柠檬汁充分混拌即可。
2.全麦土司铺上作法1中的马铃薯泥，以捲寿司的方式捲起，用餐巾纸包住，繫上魔带即可。
捲土司时可先铺上一张玻璃纸，再将土司捲起，一来方便携带，二来可以防止土司失水变乾。本食谱可做4份。
