原料
肉鸡腿 750克
鸡蛋 1-2个
面包屑 100-150克
辣椒粉 1小勺
油 100克
精盐 适量
作法
1、鸡蛋打散加2小勺水搅打成鸡蛋浆。
2、面包屑、盐和辣椒粉拌和均匀。
3、取鸡腿先在鸡蛋浆中一滚，再粘上面包屑调料。
4、炸锅下油烧热，放入粘满面包屑的鸡腿，炸至呈浅黄色，改用小火继续炸熟。在炸的过程中将鸡腿翻一次面，每面约炸15-20分钟。
配食
番茄沙拉、煎土豆片。
吃法
鸡腿炸好后捞出沥干油，盛于大盘内，番茄沙拉盛于玻璃盆内，煎土豆片盛于瓷盆内。食时每盘置鸡腿1-2只，煎土豆片和番茄沙拉数勺。用刀叉进餐。
特点
色泽金黄、外焦里嫩，味香辣适口。
