1.常见不良反应有口干、便秘、困倦、一般能以耐受，长期使用可逐渐减少。 2.偶见ＳＧＰＴ一过性增高。少数老年人可能出现心电图Ｔ波改变和ＳＴ段降低。 3.本品能加强乙醇对中枢神经的抑制作用。不能与可乐定、甲基多巴、胍乙啶、普奈洛尔合用，如需合用应严密监测血压。 4.青光眼、排尿困难、脑部器质性病变、有癫痫史及未控制糖尿病患者慎用、躁狂者禁用。 5.服药期间避免从事驾驶等危险工作。
