补充资料：祈艾鸡子粥
祈艾鸡子粥
用料：祈艾叶20克，鸡蛋2只，大米100克。
制法：①将祈艾叶洗净，用干净纱布包好；大米淘洗干
净，备用。
②锅内加水适量，放入祈艾袋、大米煮粥，熟后拣出祈
艾袋，打入鸡蛋，搅匀，再煮一二沸即成。
每日1次，连服7-8天。
功效：祈艾叶性微温，味辛、苦，有温经散瘀、止血固
胎等功效，可用于治疗虚寒性的腹痛、崩漏下血、滑胎（习
惯性流产）等症。鸡蛋性平，味甘，有镇心、益气、安五
脏、止惊、安胎等功效，可用于治疗妇女血虚、月经不调、
带下、遗精、脱发、阴虚肺燥诸症。鸡蛋与祈艾叶同煮食，
可收补虚温经、养血安胎之功。
适应症：虚寒性的滑胎（习惯性流产）。症见孕后腰酸
乏力、下阴出血、小腹有下坠感、精神姜靡、心悸气短等。
