By the technology of polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) , genetic polymorphism of part sequence of α_(S1)-casein gene, κcasein Gene and growth hormone gene from Datong yak was tested.
采用PCR-RFLP技术,检测了大通牦牛α_(S1)-酪蛋白(α_(S1)-casein,α_(S1)-CN)基因、κ酪蛋白(κ-casein,κ-CN)基因和生长激素(growth hormone,GH)基因部分序列的遗传多态性。

利用PCR-RFLP技术检测了大通牦牛生长激素(growth hormone,GH)基因和Κ-酪蛋白(Κ- casein,Κ-CN)基因部分序列的遗传多态性,结果表明:大通牦牛群体中被检测的两个位点均存在遗传多态 性。
