Taking Shizhu County as a typical case, this paper gives a systematic analysis of 6 factors limiting the development of industrialized production of Coptis chinensis, a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, in China, including management model, cultivars, pesticide residue, heavy metal content and others.

Result: the optimum linear plan method has done a quite good work in the masterplan of land utilization in Shizhu County,it can make measurable majorization to the structure of land utilization, and give reflection to the properti.

The Guangyinsi site,about 3 ha in area,is located in south bank of the Yangze River,over 60 km of northeast Shizhu county in Chongqing.

Shizhu Tujia Folk self-governing county lies in the centre zone of three gorges reservoir areas and was the only minority self-governing county in this area, so, to investigate and research the environmental consciousness of high school students in Shizhu County, and to develop local school-base curriculum of environmental education in orde.
