震丰园饭店创建于清同治十年（1872），经营馄饨、锅贴、糖粥等大众菜点，经历代厨师不断改进技术，提高口味质量，震丰园糟米馄饨遂远近驰名。
震丰园馄饨皮极薄，每斤面可打600多张，放在掌上可透见指纹，馅心选用精猪肉，用刀拍打成细肉糊，加入适量的水，放入十多种配料，搅拌均匀后包进皮内，下锅煮沸，捞起后还需放入六种作料，才可食用。其特点是皮薄如竹膜，吃时不觉有皮；馅量多而细腻鲜嫩，无油腻感；再拌上香酥的糟米，馄饨自是味道绝佳。
