The irradiation preservation of Nanfeng citrus by \+\{60\} Co- rays was studied.
用60Coγ射线辐照南丰蜜桔,研究结果表明,50~100Gy的辐照剂量适合该蜜桔贮藏,该剂量范围不仅能够保持密桔品质和良好外观,而且对蜜桔的主要营养成份如总糖、总酸、可溶性固形物和维生素C均无不良效应。
