Based on field investigation,the coefficient of endangerment,the coefficient of lost genetic diversity and the coefficient of value were used for quantitative analyses to determine the priority of conservation of the national protected plants distributed in Taibai Mountain Nature Preserve in this paper .
在野外调查的基础上 ,运用濒危系数、遗传多样性损失系数和物种价值系数对太白山自然保护区 2 3种国家保护植物的优先保护顺序进行定量分析 ,结果表明属一级保护的有太白红杉、独叶草、星叶草、杜仲、桃儿七、连香树、大果青木千、青檀、紫斑牡丹 9种 ,属二级保护的有水青树、金钱槭、山白树、水曲柳、秦岭冷杉、领春木、羽叶丁香 7种 ,属三级保护的有野大豆、膜荚黄芪、华榛、延龄草、庙台槭、天麻 6种 ,属四级保护的仅狭叶瓶尔小草 1种。

在野外调查的基础上 ,运用濒危系数、遗传多样性损失系数和物种价值系数对太白山自然保护区 1 5种特有珍稀植物的优先保护顺序进行定量分析 ,结果表明属一级保护的有秦岭乌头、太白山黄芪、陕西鹅耳枥和太白美花草 4种 ,属二级保护的有秦岭蔷薇、秦岭花楸、太白扬、玉兰、假百合和秦岭党参 6种 ,属三级保护的有太白贝母、铁筷子、长果升麻、反萼银莲花和手参 5种。

位于陕西省太白、眉县、周至三县交界处，面积56325公顷，陕西太白山国家级自然保护区是1965年9月经原陕西省人民委员会批准建立的,1965年经陕西省人民政府批准建立，1986年7月经国务院批准为国家级自然保护区晋升为国家级，主要保护对象为森林生态系统和自然历史遗迹。
本区地处秦岭山脉中段，太白山顶海拔3767米，为秦岭的主峰。秦岭山脉为我国南北气候和植物的分界线，太白山则处于华北、华中和青藏高原三区生物交汇过渡地带，区内动植物资源丰富，植被垂直分带明显。高等植物有2000余种，国家重点保护植物有连香树、水青树、星叶草、太白红杉等21种；高等动物有270多种，国家保护动物有大熊猫、羚牛、豹等20多种。在太白山海拔3000米以上的高山区，还保存着比较完整的第四纪冰川遗迹。该保护区是开展科学研究难得的“天然实验室”。
