This paper explored an improved CTAB method to extract high-quality genomic DNA from the leaves of Ficus awkeotsang Makino,which was the application of β-SH(mercapto) ethanol and PVP,and increasing the concentration of CTAB up to 3%,and substituting chloroform-isoamylol for phenol.

主料: 去骨鸡腿肉、日本豆腐、
辅料: 鲜牛蹄筋、青笋（或去皮黄瓜）、胡萝卜、香菇、枸杞
配料：盐、味精、高汤、一品鲜、生粉、色拉油、葱姜片、白胡椒粉、葱油
加工流程
1、将去骨鸡腿肉切成2公分的块，上浆备用。鲜牛蹄筋卤熟后切成小块备用。日本豆腐切成2公分厚，去皮青笋、胡萝卜挖球或切块，鲜香菇洗净切块，枸杞洗净备用。
2、将鸡腿肉滑油出锅，放入葱姜片炒香，加青笋、胡萝卜略炒，加入高汤。
3、将切好的日本豆腐、牛蹄筋、香菇、枸杞、滑熟的鸡腿肉，加一品鲜、盐、味、白胡椒粉调味，烧开后加水生粉勾芡出锅，淋入葱油即可。
