原料目鱼仔500克.鹌鹑蛋10个,芥兰梗300克,笋片80克.南瓜环1个,菜心数棵、xo酱、老干妈美极上汤鸡粉、美极鲜味汁、水淀粉、葱油、姜件、蒜片各适量。
制法①将南瓜刻成瓜环.放少许味腌渍,入笼蒸熟待用。鹌鹑蛋蒸熟待用。
②将目鱼仔、芥兰梗、笋片飞水。
③锅内放姜件、蒜片爆香,放入目鱼仔、芥兰梗、笋片,加老干妈、xo酱、美极鲜味汁、美极上汤鸡粉、葱油,翻匀,勾芡即可。
④放入瓜环里面,边上围菜心、鹌鹑蛋即可。
特点造型美观,咸鲜微辣.香味浓郁,营养丰富。
