以国际兽疫局(OIE)推荐的荧光抗体病毒中和试验(FAVN)对随机采自广东、河北、北京等地区的573份犬血清进行了狂犬病病毒中和抗体效价的测定,以确定犬群中狂犬病的免疫状况。

To understand the effection of detecting antibody against rabies in dogs by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),54 dogs serum collected in Dongguan were detected by ELISA and analyzed with the software on Synbiotics,and detected parallelly by the fluorescent antibody virus neutralization(FAVN) assay in the military veterinary institute of academy of military medical sciences.
为了解应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测犬狂犬病抗体水平的效果,对东莞市采集的54份犬血清应用ELISA进行检测,采用Synbiotics软件进行分析,同时将该批血清送至军事医学科学院军事兽医研究所作荧光抗体病毒中和试验(FAVN)比较。

使荧光标记的抗体与抗原标本结合，形成抗原抗体复合物，在荧光显微镜下观察即为荧光抗体试验，有直接法与间接法。间接法即间接荧光抗体试验，是用荧光标记的非特异的抗免疫球蛋白抗体(抗抗体）可测多种抗原，其灵敏性较直接法为高，但易产生非特异性反应。
