使荧光标记的抗体与抗原标本结合,形成抗原抗体复合物,在荧光显微镜下观察即为荧光抗体试验,有直接法与间接法。间接法即间接荧光抗体试验,是用荧光标记的非特异的抗免疫球蛋白抗体(抗抗体)可测多种抗原,其灵敏性较直接法为高,但易产生非特异性反应。
