主 料: 鸡肉6两(约240克),黑糯米4两(约160克),金华火腿12片,莲叶2张,上汤少许,香茅1片。
做 法: 1、先将黑糯米浸水6小时,然后蒸熟,鸡肉切片调味,火腿片用上汤略为浸淡。2、将莲叶洗净抹干,放上黑糯米饭,再放鸡肉和火腿片,最后多加一层黑糯米饭及香茅,包好后放入蒸笼内蒸约10分钟即成。
备 注: 加入香茅可增加香味。
