| 箭筈豌豆(common vetch) 豆科巢菜属的一个种，学名Vicia sativa L.,一年生或越年生草本。又名大巢菜、春巢菜、普通巢草、救荒野豌豆等，为优良的牧草和绿肥作物。原产欧洲和亚洲西部，中国在西北各省以及长江流域种植。 主根入土较浅，根瘤姜状或短棒状；茎枝柔嫩有棱，小叶长圆形或狭倒卵形，小叶轴延伸为一小尖突，呈箭筈状；花腋生于短总梗上，通常为2朵，多紫红色，少有粉红或白色，自花授粉；荚长3-5cm，宽0.6-0.7cm，成熟荚皮为棕黄色，每荚有籽4-8粒，种子扁圆，千粒重一般为40-70g，种皮多为青灰色，有大理石花纹，也有肉色、黑色、青色和黄色等。 性喜冷凉湿润气候，耐寒品种能耐-12℃低温，适于排水良好的石灰性壤土上栽培，肥地上种植，pH4.5-8.2，含氯盐0.15%以下的土壤上可正常生长。在北方宜早春播种，高寒地区也可夏播，南方宜9月至10月秋播。作饲草或绿肥用，每公顷播量45-90kg；收籽的以22.5-60kg为宜。宜条播或点播，收草的行距30cm左右，收种的50-80cm，与禾谷类作物如燕麦、黑麦、大麦等混播，病害有褐斑病Ascochyta pisi和轮纹斑病Botrytis fabae以及蚜虫Aphis spp.、芫菁Epicauta gorhami。 一般每公顷产鲜草22.5-60t，种子2-3t，其鲜草含干物质20.5%，粗蛋白3.8%，粗脂肪0.8%，粗纤维5.5%，灰分2.1%；鲜草中含N0.64%，P2O5 0.10%，K2O 0.59%，水分69.7%。种子含干物质90.5%，粗蛋白29.5%，粗脂肪0.8%，粗纤维5.7%及钙、磷、铁等元素。 |
