麻酥饼
原料：精粉、干酵母、水
酥面：精粉、芝麻酱、菜籽油、香油、芝麻茸适量，椒盐少许。
制法：将面粉、酵母、水和成团，再将另一面粉，芝麻酱、菜籽油、椒盐、调成酥面，将皮面擀成长方形大片，刷上一层油，把芝麻酥放上面抹匀，自上往下卷起，揪成剂子，左手托剂子，右手把剂子边压进去，再把剂子口朝下滚成小长方形，然后擀成牛舌状，饧一下，下油锅炸成金黄色即可。
特点：麻香浓郁，口感酥脆可口，饼内空心。
