描述LeptosiphoniumF.Muell.拟地皮消属，爵床科，约11种，分布在伊里安岛和所罗门群岛，我国有拟地皮消L.venustum（Hance）E.Hossain1种，产广东、福建和江西。本属具4个发育雄蕊，药室长而平行，花粉蜂巢状球形，故与RuelliaL.相近，惟花无柄，花冠管狭长，苞片、小苞片和萼裂片均小而芒尖是其区别。
