药理作用: 人体内不含菊糖,静注后,不被机体分解、结合、利用和破坏,经肾小球滤过,通过测定血中和尿中的菊糖含量,可以准确计算肾小球的滤过享。
药代动力: 菊糖注入人体内,主要分布在细胞外液问,并不进入细胞内。经静脉注入血流后,由肾小球滤过,以原形排泄于尿中。肾小管对它既无重吸收,也不分泌。胆汁中仅有痕量存在。给分娩期妇女静注后,可穿越胎盘,出现于羊水、脐血和胎几的尿液中。其t1/2为0.53~1.7h。
适应症: 采用菊糖清除试验测量肾小球滤过率(GFR)。另外,也用于测定细胞外液容量。
用法用量: 静脉滴注,5~7.5g,加入500m1生理盐水中,以恒速滴定,分别于滴注前后抽血和留尿。
不良反应: (1)本品一般无毒副作用。制剂不纯,有时可引起热原反应。 (2)抽2次血,收集之次尿液,计算之次清除值,有助于判断清除试验是否成功。(3)甘露醇、硫代硫酸钠均可代替菊糖作肾脏清除试验。
规格: 注射剂:5g/50ml。
