采卵
在控制超排卵药刺激下，应用阴道B超监测卵泡发育，血E2浓度测定及其他辅助方法如子宫颈黏液检查，尿LH峰测定，判定取卵时间。一般在绒毛促性腺激素注射后32～36小时取卵。现大都应用B超引导下阴道一根针取卵。在消毒情况下，转动阴道探头，探及卵巢及卵泡，穿刺针插入固定针导中，将针迅速刺入卵泡中心，负压吸引，压力为16kPa(120mmHg)。卵泡液吸出，可见卵泡缩小。从卵泡液中寻找卵冠丘复合物，如找不到，可冲洗卵泡一、二次；再进入第2个卵泡抽吸。这种取卵技术创伤性最小，不需麻醉，术前给止痛及镇静药。为了简化步骤，术前不用连续取血测E2值。阴道取卵技术是1986年以后逐步发展起来的，过去一般都采用腹腔镜取卵。
