香菇青菜

原料:青菜、香菇

调料:油、盐、鸡精、蒜末、生抽、上汤(由于没有上汤,俺是用类鸡精水)

做法:

锅内放油,油热时放青菜炒制,快熟时加入少许鸡精和盐

加入蒜末翻炒后盛出(有时间的话放盘中摆一下好看)

锅内放油,将香菇整个放在锅里略炒后加盖用小火焖五分钟;开盖,这会你会发现香菇比入锅前要略微变小了,这时加入生抽与盐、鸡精调味,将调料调匀后再加入适量的上汤调匀。

香菇盛出,用筷子整齐地摆放在青菜上,最后将锅内的汁淋在菜上即可。
