原料: 原 料:
鲜嫩枸杞叶250克,冬笋50克,水发香菇50克,葱花15克,精盐4克,味精2克,白糖6克,植物油25克。
制法: (1)枸杞叶择洗干净,将冬笋,香菇切成细丝。
(2)炒锅上旺火,放油烧至七成热,下葱花稍煸,下入笋丝,香菇丝,略炒后随即将枸杞叶倒入锅内煸炒,加入精盐,味精,白糖翻炒几下,起锅装盘即成。
特点: 三色相间,口感脆嫩,咸鲜微甜,滋补肝肾,降脂减肥。
