苹果绿釉  瓷器釉色名。祭红的一种窑变。亦称“苹果青釉”。烧成时釉中的铜大部分被氧化而形成深浅不一的绿色,一般在浅绿色底上杂有深绿色斑点,少数地方微泛红色,酷似新鲜苹果,故名。另有一种在开片的白瓷器上加绿色的釉上彩制品,也叫“苹果绿”。两者本质不同,易于辨别。
