| 平凉市 位于中国甘肃省东部，六盘山麓。面积1936平方千米，人口约39万。民族以汉、回为主。北朝北周建德元年（572）始置平凉县。唐为平凉、潘原2县。元并潘原入平凉县。1950年置平凉市 ，1958年并华亭县入平凉市，1963年恢复华亭县，1964年改平凉市为县，1983年恢复县级市。矿产资源有煤、铁、铜、磷、石灰石、陶土等。工业有煤炭、机械、建材、轻工、纺织、造纸、酿酒等。土特产品有百合、山药、羊皮袄、杏仁、杏子、黄花菜等。有崆峒山，南、北石窟寺，柳湖，明代宝塔等名胜古迹。 |
